Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release works with the fascia, which is the connective tissue found throughout the whole body. It surrounds all of our muscles, bones and organs, affecting the physical shape and posture of the body. In this technique the therapist uses little or no lubrication. Myofascial work rehydrates the fascia, which can relieve chronic pain and return proper posture and function to the entire body.

Deep Tissue

A form of Myofascial Release, the therapist goes beyond the superficial layers of muscle to the deeper tissue structures of connective tissue. Deep Tissue is often beneficial for specific problems such as areas of chronic pain, areas of limited mobility and repetitive strain injuries.

Lymphatic Drainage

This massage ensures the expectant mother complete relaxation from the trials of pregnancy. It is known to ease leg cramps, low back pain, improve sleep and decrease fluid retention. While prenatal massage is an excellent treat for the expectant mother and has many benefits there are a few risks as well. For this reason we require a doctor's note before your session.
